Hello! My name is Christine, and I’m a high school English teacher with a Master’s degree in English Literature. I teach around 130 of the most wonderful kids in the world. This year I’m teaching Creative Writing/Blogging, AP Lit and Comp, American Lit, and a Jane Austen elective course. I also teach knitting during our J-Term, and moderate a knitting club after school. This blog is about the trials and tribulations, joys and sorrows, triumphs and…well you get the idea. When you add family responsibilities, children, grandsons, pets, and a newish husband, along with a 40+ hour work week to being a part-time student; something’s got to give! And it’s usually housework. Or worse yet, finding time to exercise, eat right, and take care of myself. In this blog I hope to pass on some wisdom, learned the hard way, and gain some from you as well, because it’s always nice to know that we’re not alone in the pursuit of our dreams! With that being said, I would love to hear from you. You can email me at potentialprof01 (at) gmail (dot) com.
